Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. Cups are placed on various areas of the body with a vacuum created inside. No blood letting is performed. Cups remain in place of the affected areas which increases blood flow and reduces swelling and tension.
